STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions completed through the websites of STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC. A \"client\" is considered any natural or legal person who places an order with STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC, validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

Age limits apply: STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC only accepts clients over the age of 16 (for physical and electronic products) and over the age of 18 (for services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars).

We take steps to restrict access to our sites, products, and services for minors. While our products and services are not inherently unsuitable for younger audiences, we aim to engage a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

If we become aware that a newsletter subscriber does not meet these criteria (under 16 years old), they will be immediately removed from our database. Similarly, if a customer does not meet the age criteria, their purchase will be refunded, and the return of the product(s) will be required.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed on a website owned by STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Pricing

Prices are listed in euros, including all applicable taxes (French VAT at 20%), but exclude shipping and processing fees. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the price indicated at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order placement, including for pre-order products. Payments can be made by credit card. Cards issued by banks outside of France must be international bank cards (e.g., Mastercard or Visa). American Express is not accepted.

Secure online payment by credit card is processed through Stripe, a trusted payment service provider. All transmitted information is encrypted for security and cannot be read during transmission over the network. STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC cannot be held liable for the security of the payment system, which is the responsibility of Stripe.

Article 5: Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address specified during the order process. Please ensure the accuracy of the address, including the postal code, as STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC cannot be held responsible for errors made during submission.

Once the products leave our premises, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. In the event of a lost package, STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC will take appropriate steps to ensure the product is delivered or issue a refund, as applicable under the warranty.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In compliance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. STRING LIGHT MUSIC LLC complies with data protection regulations and declares its files to the appropriate data protection authority.

By agreeing to these general conditions of sale, you confirm that you have read our personal data protection policy and consent to the collection and use of your data for purposes such as processing orders and providing promotional offers.
